So. ...there is a good sales process...but they sell you a warranty with your car. The powertrain warranty is NOT worth it! It's all a scam! I got this car and was given several appointments to have the car check out and repaired, however there was ALWAYS a reason I couldn’t have my car done after I got there. the guy a needed to see was not the the car check out and repaired, however there was ALWAYS a reason I couldn’t have my car done after I got there. the guy a needed to see was not there, ok but why couldn’t I have the other things done. And before I knew it my 30 days had passed and STILL NO REPAIRS. Then the steering wheel stop working and then I’m told their warranty DOES NOT COVER ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. How bout that. EVERYTHING on the car is Electric. Oh by the way they did paint a few spots on the car, well my granddaughters could have done a better job!! More

I'm writing this review because of the service manager Richard Berger. I needed my car fixed and there were some pretty serious problems unfortunately but Richard made the whole experience wonderful. I Richard Berger. I needed my car fixed and there were some pretty serious problems unfortunately but Richard made the whole experience wonderful. It could've easily been a really really frustrating ordeal but the only reason it wasn't such a mess was because of Richard's knowledge, communication and empathy. He really made what could've been a bad situation so much better by doing all the things you hope to find in a mechanic. Honest, understanding and knowledgeable. If he ever goes anywhere else I would absolutely be tempted to follow him, he was such a good mechanic but also a good person to interact with. Plus he brings his ADORABLE puppy bobbles to the shop and you can see that the compassion he has for people is genuine with how he interacts with his puppy. Getting your car repaired can be a stressful time and even just having bobbles to play with while I was waiting was much more relaxing than other places I've had to wait. I had some issues with the dealership when I bought the car but Richard has made the service department at least a top notch experience More
