Purchased our Rouge from Hilton Head Vaden and it was such a smooth process. Crystal T. was so informative and helpful getting the process started and we ended up getting everything we wanted at a reason such a smooth process. The Best Car Buying Experience EVER!! I originally was not going to go into this particular dealership but glad that I did. My son, who referred me, was adamant about purchasing a vehicle I originally was not going to go into this particular dealership but glad that I did. My son, who referred me, was adamant about purchasing a vehicle from Vaden Nissan of Hilton Head. He follows Ms. Thely on Facebook and thought she would be a great fit. Before I went in, I spoke to Ms. Crystal who assisted me with navigating through the dealership's website for the car application. Ms. Crystal made sure that all of my information was entered into their system properly so that Ms. Thely was able to access my information. Ms. Crystal made sure she followed up with me during the entire process. The day I went in Ms. Thely was warm and inviting. She made me feel right at home. After speaking to Ms. Thely and explaining my situation she made sure that I picked a vehicle that "I wanted". Ms. Thely kept me informed while I waited for an approval. She fought hard for me and Mr. Tracy fought even harder and sealed the deal! I am so very blessed to have had such an amazing car buying experience with the Vaden Nissan of Hilton Head team!
