Unexpected fees being tacked on and when challenged I get told that’s commission for the salesperson and refuses to remove the tacked on items and associated cost/fees. Look on Facebook and they have tons of announcements for this HUGE EVENT, taking trades that are upside down, zero down payments, low payments, works with all credit scores, etc. Don’t make the mistake of send a message to them to request one of their “LIMITED QUANTITY TRADE-IN VOUCHERS”, on the Voucher it says to make sure to have it ready to present to staff. I was never asked about it lol Bottom line, waste of time and did opposite of what was advertised. What started at $27,400 sales price ended up at $36,000. I may be old but not stupid enough to fall for that poor business practice they pulled. I want to be clear on this, Misty was the salesperson who greeted me and worked with me. Very kind and made sure i was comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about her and appreciate her efforts. Unfortunately she lost a sale of a vehicle because of the poor business practice the finance manager (guru) chose to pull on someone who clearly saw on paper what was increasing the car payment. When was leaving i realized why that place didn't have many car shoppers, especially for a “HUGE EVENT” More
