Tri Lakes turned a bad situation into a good one when my 2013 Fusion broke down! I was in town on a trip when my transmission went out. Curtis, my salesman, was very prompt and helpful, immediately giving me options within my parameters. Within a few days, I was leaving the lot in a 2024 Ford Escape. The whole team, Bobby and Curtis especially, did everything they could for me to make this deal smooth. I could've looked at dealers closer to home (2 hours away) but their assistance in the beginning ultimately earned them my business with a new car sale! More

I enjoyed working with this dealership/salesman. I was impressed by how each of the sales people knew each other's clients and if you called or walked in they immediately got a hold of the sales pe I was impressed by how each of the sales people knew each other's clients and if you called or walked in they immediately got a hold of the sales person if they weren't immediately available. I needed a vehicle that I could fit myself, my spouse, our house mate, and my elderly parents. The sales person listened to my needs and made sure I got what I needed. I went to the dealership a few times, not their fault, my indecision, and they were so patient with me. I appreciated that they didn't push me into something I didn't want just to make a sale. I was also upside down by a lot in my current vehicle and they did what they could to help in making sure I got a fair deal including that issue. More

We purchased a new 2024 Dodge Ram from Tri Lakes Motors and they by far exceeded our expectations! Our experience with car dealerships in the past has been akin to going to the dentist. Tri Lakes had no on and they by far exceeded our expectations! Our experience with car dealerships in the past has been akin to going to the dentist. Tri Lakes had no one hovering over us, and there was no pressure, no pain =D. The young man, Esteban, who assisted us with the sale was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He not only got us the truck we were looking for and the price we asked but also got running boards installed at no extra cost because he was concerned for our safety (we are elderly) He sat with us and patiently explained all the features and reassured us we could call him with any further questions. He even washed and filled up the truck before we picked it up (in 17 degree weather) His supervisor, Curtis, was wonderful as was the finance manager Trevor. We definitely would buy another vehicle from them and recommend them to anyone looking to get another vehicle! More
