Great communication, honest and friendly. We were out of state customers and they patiently answered all questions and concerns. They sent videos and pictures of the car, sent Carfax report and pictures of original window sticker, manuals, etc. They held the car for over a week until we could get there. There were no surprises on arrival. Everything was exactly as mentioned in our phone and text communications. Pleasant buying experience and I would highly recommend Tri Lakes in Branson, MO. I needed a truck ASAP Doug picked me up from my hotel ,in a matter of just a few hours i drove away with my new truck. Doug also arranged to have a bed cover installed the next day .Everything went as agreed a matter of just a few hours i drove away with my new truck.
