Cynthia is the absolute worst sales associate we have ever worked with at any dealership in all of Oklahoma and Texas. Hands down, and it's not even close. In purchasing more than half a dozen Mercede ever worked with at any dealership in all of Oklahoma and Texas. Hands down, and it's not even close. In purchasing more than half a dozen Mercedes vehicles over the past 15 years we have worked with many dealers and sales people all across the southwest and this was the most inefficient, dishonest, time wasting, incompetent level of service or individual sales individual we have ever encountered. She lied to us on multiple items and then rather than addressing it decided that she would just argue with us in the lobby in front of everyone and then tell us to just "go somewhere else" if we didn't like waiting around for her to do the job she hadn't done. Unprofessional on every level. Avoid working with Cynthia at this dealership at all costs! More

I was very grateful because I live over 2.5 hours away, so having got me in that quickly worked out great! I've been going to MB of OKC for 7 years now and they have never let me down! When I had a blowout on I 35, after contacting MBrace and being put on hold for road service - who NEVER picked up, I texted Mrs. Malone to let her know I was on hold for more than 30 minutes and stranded on the shoulder of I 35, she not only contacted local road assistance, but came and allowed me to sit in her vehicle while I waited. That is truly customer service! Thank you! Whenever I visit the dealership, from the time I drive up, I am greeted with friendly smiles!
