Everyone I have dealt with has been very pleasant and accommodating...even after I bought my Acadia! Typically a dealership is not very easy to deal with once you have signed the papers and taken home their car, but not here. Once I was home with my new car, I found some detail-related issues I wanted corrected and everyone at Jim Curly was very happy to make those corrections. Not only was the staff great to deal with, I got my car back in one day sparkling beautifully like it had never been driven before. Service is always exemplary and they have sales down to a science. I highly recommend this dealership and we have recommended our friends and family to Mr. Curley for many years. Today I went in to have my car serviced and to see a particular used car that I had seen on line. Three hours later, I left with the new (used) car. All details taken care of, right down to transferring the OnStar and XM accounts. Cynthia was great, no pressure, very friendly and very knowledgeable.
