I am highly disappointed in this dealership’s customer service for CDJR. If you want any of these makes (CDJR) for vehicle, do not use this dealer. They are extremely slow and then when I drove back an ho service for CDJR. If you want any of these makes (CDJR) for vehicle, do not use this dealer. They are extremely slow and then when I drove back an hour from Tulsa to sign paperwork we waited over an hour again. Then they decided to say oh we can have you sign in Tulsa at your house. The person who came to my house could not answer questions on the financing paper work and he called down to the dealership but they did not answer. We have called the dealership multiple times and they just keep you on hold. It’s the worst! On top of the vehicle purchase and the terrible customer service, the vehicle had an oil leak without even making the first payment. We called the dealership about the problem of the vehicle and they transferred me to the closed service department. The phone continue to be on hold and ring. The next thing I tried to do for the vehicle repair is call the warranty company that I financed with. When talking to the warranty company, they stated that the dealership did not activate the warranty when it was past 30 days. We called back to the dealership and they could not explain why the warranty was not active. This dealership better fix the problem quick because I am not happy about none of this. I hope no other Patriot dealerships are terrible like this one! This has been the worse experience ever! I have been to many dealerships and this one was horrible and need some re evaluating ASAP! REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE! More

Pryor did a decent job of getting me the truck that I wanted... It took way more time than I had expected, but it finally got done. Got the deal done! It took 7 hours, but it finally got completed! I'm not happy with how my credit was pulled and spidered through multiple banks!! I'll be refinancing asap with our local credit union! Probably never use dealership financing again! More
