The service department is horrible. I had to wait 3.5 hours just to get my van diagnosed because my air conditioner wasn’t working. Then wait another 30 minutes just to get it approved I had to wait 3.5 hours just to get my van diagnosed because my air conditioner wasn’t working. Then wait another 30 minutes just to get it approved for warranty to pay to fix. Then they said they had to order a part and it would be in on 4/24 and they would call me when it came in. I waited a couple days after 4/24 to call and see if they had part to do repair. Of course they were just about to call me and the part came that day. I scheduled an appointment to do the repair and was told it takes a couple hours. After 2 hours. I asked how much longer was told 1 hour. After 3.5 hours of being there I asked again how much longer because I had 30 minutes and I had to leave to pick up kids from school. I was told they were have some issues with the machine to recharge air conditioner. I waited another 20 minutes and told them I have to leave in 10 minutes to pick up my kids from school. The service worker got very rude with me saying he can only move so fast and had to process paperwork. First of all I waited 4 hours for them to do this repair and then he gets an attitude with me because I have to leave to pick up my child from school. They took double the time to do the work and no apologies for my wait. I will not be going back to the dealership for anything. More

My experience buying the new kia ev6 was awesome at this dealership. Once i decided that I liked this car, Tiffany the salesperson located the model and trim I wanted within minutes and called me right away dealership. Once i decided that I liked this car, Tiffany the salesperson located the model and trim I wanted within minutes and called me right away. The car I picked up was super clean and Tiffany spent time showing me all of its tech features. I was introduced to the service manager who explained all the services thy had available. The whole team was friendly and took time to make sure that I was well informed and happy. I also received a follow up phone call after 3 days asking how I was doing with my new car.
