I honestly can’t thank Coconut Creek Mazda and Daniel Lucatorto enough for what they did for me. I was in a really tough spot after my service company denied claims that definitely should have been cover Lucatorto enough for what they did for me. I was in a really tough spot after my service company denied claims that definitely should have been covered, and I wasn't sure how I was going to handle the repair. Daniel completely stepped up and advocated for me when he didn't have to. He worked it out so that Mazda actually covered some of the costs themselves just to help me get my car fixed and back on the road. It is so rare to find a service advisor who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile like that. I am beyond grateful for his help and the way the whole team handled the situation. They’ve officially earned a customer for life, and we will be bringing our car back to Coconut Creek Mazda for every single service from now on. Highly recommend asking for Daniel! More
