Danielle, my service advisor, was pleasant and did what she could considering it was out her hands unlike the service department!!! Once received truck back the under hood insulation was torn causing exhaust smell to come through the truck ac vents. Also it took 5 weeks for service department to install a update for glow plugs and to swap a electric connection that was frayed. To top it off I was not given a loaner vehicle. The worst service department I've ever incountered!!! More
