My engine replacement warranty repair took longer than expected. Danielle Coburn, my service advisor, worked very hard to ensure the repair would be covered by the GM / Chevrolet Protection Plan warranty. expected. Danielle Coburn, my service advisor, worked very hard to ensure the repair would be covered by the GM / Chevrolet Protection Plan warranty. I did not agree with the dealership holding my car as “collateral” until they received payment from the warranty company. I met with the Chief Operating Officer Nick Richard on Monday 6/16/25 and sent three follow up emails expressing my disagreement with GEAUX Chevrolet’s unwritten policy. The payment was going directly to the dealership, not to me. I brought my car in on Monday 4/21/25 and received back on Tuesday 6/17/25. I am very pleased with the work the service technician, Calvin, performed on my vehicle. It’s my understanding that he is the most experienced person on the service staff. My vehicle is running much better now and is supported by a 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty on the work completed. More
