I was pleased that Patrick found the chirping noise and explained to me the procedure he used to find it, and what he did to eliminate the chirping noise coming from the lift gate trim panel. This SUV was purchased, because I traded my 2020 Equinox, for noise that could not be detected, so needless to say I was becoming very dissatisfied, and frustrated with now another Chevrolet making noise which was very annoying. However, it appears that this problem is rectified, after bringing it in a second time. Now I'm a happy camper ready to put my SUV on the highway to travel out of state to visit with family. I rated the quality of work good, only because I need more time to make sure the chirping noise is gone completely. More
