I own a 2011 BMW 328i and received a recall notification that cited that I need to schedule service at a BMW dealership to have the problem fixed. I contacted BMW of Tampa (formally known as Reeves Motospo that cited that I need to schedule service at a BMW dealership to have the problem fixed. I contacted BMW of Tampa (formally known as Reeves Motosports) to schedule the service on Tuesday, 11 Apr 2023. While there for the service, I also scheduled an oil and oil filter change. The day after (12 Apr 2023), my driver's side front door would not lock or unlock. All other doors functioned normally, just the driver's front door would not work. I contacted the service advisor, Danny Sarmiento, that handled my recall and oil/oil filter change to have this problem corrected. He said that they'd have to run a diagnostic to identify the problem and that it would cost me $275.00. I told him that the door functioned properly prior to their service. However, he still insisted that I'd need to pay the $275.00 diagnostic fee. I then stated that, "It was unacceptable because the door functioned properly before they serviced my vehicle. After about three go rounds with the service representative, Danny Sarmiento, I lost all trust with BMW of Tampa (formally Reeves Motorsports) and finally gave up. If I'm going to have to pay additional money for something that was obviously due to the service they provided, I'll take my business elsewhere. I cannot believe that a business of that size would try to nickel and dime me for an additional $275.00. I hope that other BMW owners see my post and think twice before taking their vehicles to BMW of Tampa (formally Reeves Motorsports), or give their vehicles a more than thorough walkthrough before taking their vehicles home after receiving service there. I am honestly saddened by this experience and still can't believe that this company can't make this right. More

My last 4 BMW’s have been from this dealer and I would never go anywhere else. I have worked with Erick Martinez to obtain all of my vehicles and I consider him family after such a long relationship. He has always had my vision as his first priority, and takes endless time to make sure that I get the exact vehicle that I want, and with care. He is accessible and most importantly, honest. I have never worked with someone as diligent and knowledgeable before coming to BMW of Tampa. I would never go anywhere else, because of the relationships and trust that I have with them in this process. They provide the upmost service from the buying process to the vehicle service. I am presented with 5 star service on the maintenance side each and every time, which is another reason to always choose them first. More

Danny our service agent was quick and efficient. Got me checked in quickly and had me ready to go. It was great they have a rental car company and they could provide me with a rental while my car wa Got me checked in quickly and had me ready to go. It was about 45 minutes later that I finally got my car. The car pickup process was also quick, Danny called and let me know my car was ready and in less than 15 minutes I had my car back. Again, I love that they have loaner cars, I just wished the process wasn't so slow. More
