DAS Reputation Management

I called to make an appointment to drop off my jeep for service. I was told that it would be a few days until i could drop it off (I can't recall exactly, but 3-5 business days). I dropped off the car that morning. I haven't heard anything back so called this morning and they were just starting to look at it today (Monday 10/12). 1. What is the point of scheduling a drop off for 10/5 if it's not going to get looked at until a week later. 2. I was told it would be a few days when i dropped it off. I thought that was ridiculous, given that it was "scheduled" Note - when i made the appointment to drop it off, I was not given any time frame at that point in time. Since it was "scheduled" for 10/5, it seemed a fair assumption that it would be that day or the following maybe. 3. Note - this is a new car with less than 10,000 miles on it that regularly does not start, and takes a few minutes of trying with the electronic start, and the trunk will not open. More
