I received a message from Onstar about an alert regarding my brakes. I scheduled a service appointment online through the dealership's website. A few days prior to my appointment I started experiencing a pro my brakes. I scheduled a service appointment online through the dealership's website. A few days prior to my appointment I started experiencing a problem with starting my vehicle, I replaced the battery, however the issue continued. On the morning of my appointment I was greeted by John R., Service Advisor and expressed my new concerns. He respectfully listened to me and had the service technicians investigate the issue. Since it was more than one issue, and I decided to wait, I spent a little time with John R and Courtney in the waiting lounge. I observed how they welcomed and treated everyone that came in with respect.They were genuinely warm and made everyone feel like family. I highly recommend Raceway Chevrolet's Service department.
