This dealership handled my problem, which was an oil leak caused by somebody else. They did it on the same day, and did it affectively. The person who handled me, Christopher Allen, understood my predicame caused by somebody else. They did it on the same day, and did it affectively. 6 hours for a requested wheel balance check. 4 hours in I return to the dealership and they feed me some crap explanation of exhaust against cross member. If this was the case it would be rattling and all the time, not just at 60-65mph, as described to all the service reps. All this WITHOUT DOING THE REQUESTED WHEEL BALANCE! They then do the requested wheel balance and without admitting that was the problem they scooted me out the door for a nominal fee. Initially they were saying 190$ for diagnostics...they sure are glad it wasn't that much. The next day i took the truck to a very trusted area mechanic and they found both rear tires out of balance...IMAGINE THAT!! I drove the truck home and had no wobble or vibration!!! When i inspected the wheels there were massive changes to the wheel weights...evidence that TOYOTA did absolutely NOTHING!! More

Morning, I wasn't sure who to talk to about this, first Mike Alton did not go over the bill or explain anything to me about the work completed. The AC refresh, the sanitize does not smell like a sanitizer it smells like jet fuel it stinks in my vehicle so bad that it upsets my stomach and gives me a headache. The mechanic vacuumed my blower motor and charged me $190. Are you kidding me I'm sure it only took 5 minutes to vacuum ! Pulled the nail from my tire to put a plug in it and charge me $44. I have already put a plug in a tire and you don't need to take the tire off the rim to put the plug in . On top of it I have a shop charge of $79.45, for what ???? Which I wasn't told would be on my bill, looks like it was added before the work was even taxed. So I'm being taxed on a shop charge? Mike tried to tell me that I needed my master cylinder and brake line flushed which I told him for vehicle having 20,000 miles I didn't need that done. Evidently he must think that I'm a stupid woman. I feel very taken advantage of being on a fixed income. I wonder how many other customers feels like they got screwed over. I'll bet money that he gets paid commission. Attached is my bill. More
