Bait and switch I have an appointment and it was confirmed the day before to see a specific vehicle that they said was there that I had found online. When I arrived I I have an appointment and it was confirmed the day before to see a specific vehicle that they said was there that I had found online. When I arrived I asked to see the sales person that I spoke to. They contacted the person and another sales person came out and said my salesperson was on the phone. Then they proceeded to bring me into one of their rooms and talk to me for a while and said they were going to go get the car. 10 minutes later they came back and said we have good news and bad news oh, the bad news is your car has been sold the good news is we have another car for you. The car they wanted me to buy was $5,000 more and it wasn't even the model I want it. It was the bait and switch tactic. I left the store and frustration and told him I'd never be back again. I never did see the sales person I talked to on the phone and I think they never had the car to begin with. It was just very bad business if they did have the car and sold it not to call me and confirm to me that the car had been sold ahead of time instead of me driving 1 hour to look at the car. That wasn't even there. I would not recommend going to this dealership and maybe any other Gunther dealerships if this is how they run their business. More
