Don’t forget you can walk away! Our sales person David was an enthusiastic young man. He was friendly, and made the test drive fun and really sold the car to my daughter. He agreed on a final price for the car and it was changed in finance. He said I couldn’t have another person with me in the finance department. I spent over 4 hrs and didn’t want to redo the deal. The finance guy was the worst. He did not do anything I wanted. He was in a hurry to leave for the day. He said I couldn’t put half down. He ran my credit cards without my permission. He put in the amount on the credit card without my permission. I was so mad, that he did this. He said I had to wait a few days for him to correct it. At that time, I sign everything and left. It was supposed to be a great experience buying my daughter first car. It was ruin. I was angry and frustrated and felt used! More
