Trace was my salesman, and he did a fantastic job. The truck I picked had a problem know to Ram trucks, and Trace got me connected with the service department to get the truck on a rack where I could show them the issue, and they agreed to fix it promptly at no charge, so the truck would be the perfect fit for me.
