Dj is such a great guy. Fantastic customer service through and through. He is communicative and we just really get along. I love sharing a passion for the VW brand and a comradery with him. In conclusion I am very blessed (and you should be too) and very lucky to have the pleasure of having them work together to maintain my Golf. This experience and the previous experience have been instrumental in my decision to pursue purchasing the new 2022 VW Golf R. It was a pleasure having Hector as my salesman. There was no pressure to purchase, no stress added in the least. He was straightforward, respectful, told me what needed to be said, not what one may think I w no pressure to purchase, no stress added in the least. When I needed to seek additional counsel and advise,,he distanced himself which allowed be the time to make a well thought out decision which resulted in the purchase of my new car. Service beyond the invoice I took my 2014 Jetta S/W in because the tire pressure light came on. They have Nitrogen for my green capped tires. After they brought the air pressure I took my 2014 Jetta S/W in because the tire pressure light came on. They have Nitrogen for my green capped tires. After they brought the air pressure up where required, they also washed it and cleaned the interior. The best part, no charge. Yes I will use them for future service. More

misleading; bait and switch. After calling to scheduling service for my 2012 Beetle I was told that there was a $ 50.00 co-payment for work to be done under my extended warrant After calling to scheduling service for my 2012 Beetle I was told that there was a $ 50.00 co-payment for work to be done under my extended warranty. False! Next I brought my car in for an engine check light that I had already had been diagnose at auto zone that required a $ 18.00 part. VW/Rusty Wallis service presented me with a diagnoses of $ 3440.00. When I question the service tech about this gross difference I was repeatedly sworn at for my questioning the cost. The profanity was overhead by several service managers who were present. I walked away when I was told to get the f*** out of there. Well to top this off the service manager then tried to get me to agree to letting them do the repair after this deeply disturbing insult. When I told her to bring my car down; that I would not pay for the suggested repair she charge me $120.00 for their labor of insults and bad behavior. More
