After weeks of dealing with other dealerships that were anything but honest or transparent—constantly changing numbers, adding hidden fees, or giving me the runaround—I was completely exhausted. The moment I spoke with Dorian on the phone, everything changed. He was kind, transparent, and straightforward, and the deal he quoted me was the exact deal I received when I arrived—no surprises at all. Because of that, I was literally driving home in my new car within half an hour of walking in. Craig handled the insurance and customer service side with real dignity, patience, and attention to detail, which made the process even smoother. And Neisha was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout.
