I scheduled a service appointment for oil change, tire rotation. Ended up with about a $660 bill. They have this guy with all this personality that greets you and suggest services you need. I was misquo rotation. Ended up with about a $660 bill. They have this guy with all this personality that greets you and suggest services you need. I was misquoted that to have my transmission fluid changed and some additive to my gas tank would be about $300. Anyway, I guess they changed my transmission fluid and the additive I found out later is a rip off. When I questioned the bill he offered a $30 coupon discount cause my bill was over $600 which he didn’t offer until I was surprised about the bill. I just felt really taken advantage of maybe because I’m a woman, but I’m just someone who has always taken great care of my vehicles. I spoke with a mechanic later who asked why they didn’t change the transmission filter? I told him I was told it wasn’t needed just to change the fluid was enough. I was told at the dealer that they had the best transmission people and they knew what was needed for my car. He said they ripped me off. Anyway, I left disappointed because I had moved near Camden and was hoping to find someone honest to service my Malibu now I’m still looking. Who know if my fluid was even serviced? More

Very courteous and informed me of all the scheduled maintenance that was due on my vehicle and the cost. I will be getting thse done there soon. Update after the intial review. I have greasy hand prin maintenance that was due on my vehicle and the cost. I will be getting thse done there soon. Update after the intial review. I have greasy hand prints on my headliner where they removed and installed it, havent tried to remove, but hopefully they'll wash their hands before handling interior trim in the future. More
