When I came across Rio Vista Chevrolet online, I noticed their great reviews and decided to give them a try. I saw that one of their sales representatives was Daisy, and I loved seeing how many customers mentioned her by name, so I decided to reach out. From the very beginning, Daisy was so friendly and professional. She called and texted me right away to answer my questions and make sure everything was ready for my test drive. As a mom with a two-year-old, I really appreciated how considerate she was of my time — she even had everything prepped so we could get started right away when I arrived. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Daisy made me feel completely comfortable — there was never any pressure, just honest and straightforward communication. She took the time to walk me through everything, treated me with genuine respect, and even made my daughter feel welcome by giving her crayons, a coloring page, and a little toy car to play with. She went above and beyond, even filling up the tank before I drove off! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional, and the whole process took about an hour and a half from start to finish. It was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Daisy also followed up a few days later to check in and make sure I was happy with my Tahoe and that I understood all the features.
