I have always dreaded entering a car dealership, always. My husband took a gamble and stopped in Jim Norton one day and we met Zach out in the lot. I had no real idea what type of vehicle I wanted and Zach was patient and willing to allow me space to gather information and work through my own thoughts. He never pushed an agenda & was great to answer all questions. He was attentive, quick witted and knowledgeable. It was his non sales approach that won me over & I appreciate that so much. Once I decided on what I wanted, his customer service work didn't stop there. He took a personal interest in every aspect of our buying experience, over and above for sure. I am grateful to have finally had a positive car salesman experience! Thanks Zach!! More
