After recently paying off the vehicle with her tax return money, with pride and a big smile, she was driving to school when her vehicle quit driving. The transmission, it turns out had a catastrophic failure which would require a complete replacement. It seems there were some angels working, behind the scenes here: Her dental assisting instructor called her husband, a car repair professional with 40 + years experience, who also happened to be be an instructor at a technical college in Tampa. He contacted Dale Allison at Jim Browne Citrus Chrysler in Dade City, since this was near where this young lady actually lived, and asked him to look after this case and try to help her. This dealership found a perfect fit in a trade in that was low mileage and good condition that fit her pocket book and needs. My husband and I decided we would go in and just see what our options would be. Neither of us had good credit. We met with Jimmy, and talked about a few options and test drove a car. We fell in love with it, but we're worried about the monthly payments. We were there for 7 hours. During that 7 hours Jimmy, Dale, and TJ worked hard and efficiently crunching numbers for us, trying to get us the best deal. They even pulled up other car options to try to find something to fit our budget and then crunched those numbers. They literally did everything in their power to make our dreams come true. In the end we ended up driving out in our dream car we fell in love with. I can not thank them enough.. I would recommend them to everyone I can. Very professional, kind hearted, and trustworthy!!! They not only located another vehicle BUT worked a better deal on a model newer at a better price!! They also went out of their way to bring us items forgotten in our trade!
