He is very knowledgeable about every detail pertaining to each model. He identified my needs, and immediately engaged my undivided attention. He gained my trust, especially when he exerted no pressure on me to finalize the deal on the spot, like many other salesmen at other dealerships. When I decided to go ahead with the deal, I phoned him & he took it upon himself to finalize all the paperwork necessary in my absence, so as not to waste my time. On the delivery date, he came personally to my house to pick me up, since I had no one to drop me off at the dealer. Mr Cook gained a customer for life! I was also extremely pleased with the expertise of young Mr Adam Gelfand, who is a technology wiz. He was unbelievably patient, as he explained all the goodies that are now present in all the new models. Thank you Adam for your knowledge & pleasant attitude. More
