He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. He made sure I understood every detail about the vehicle and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my decision. I originally came in with a pre-approval from Bank of America at a 7.8% APR, and with my excellent credit, I thought that was as good as I could get. However, Kenny in finance went the extra mile and managed to beat that rate, securing me a 6% APR. Not only did this save me a significant amount of money on interest over the life of the loan, but it also lowered my monthly payment, which was a huge relief. He explained everything clearly and made the paperwork process quick and easy.
