DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! !!!! I brought my palisade in under warranty and extended warranty due to it having transmission issues. They kept it 3 days! I never received a phone !!!! I brought my palisade in under warranty and extended warranty due to it having transmission issues. They kept it 3 days! I never received a phone call with updates the entire time. Th only reason I found out it was "done" was because I called 20 times and finally got someone on the phone. I left 10 messages over the 3 days and no one called me back. They diagnosed my truck with having no issues!!! I asked for an oil change on the truck while they had it, that was not done as well!! As soon as I drive the truck off their lot it starts doing the same thing. I take the truck to ALLEN TURNER HYUNDAI and the truck needs a brand new transmission!!!!!!! DIAGNOSED IN 4 hours!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PR SERVICE CENTER THEY ARE SNAKES!!!!!!! More

Today, was an adventure in which Palmers Airport Hyundai dealership was exceptional in their Service department, Sales department and Business department. I was greeted in the service department by a very h dealership was exceptional in their Service department, Sales department and Business department. I was greeted in the service department by a very helpful women that listened to my needs and quickly got a person to check on my vehicles problems. Upon hearing that my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe vehicle need extensive repairs, which was not in my budget, the Service Management introduced me to Princeton S. Westry. He was an outstanding salesman and a very caring person. Mr. Westry explained the information so that it was easily understood. He gave my information to the business manager and then related the options to me. Compared to my other car purchases, this by far was the most pleasant experience. The business manager did not try and pressure me and I am please to share that I drove away with a 2022 Elantra SEL Hyundai, for only $45 more dollars than I was paying for the 2017 Santa Fe! Excellent service all the way around. Thank you Miss and gentlemen for making an unpleasant day turn into a great day.
