I was given a complimentary oil change, and they provided me a link to the video inspection of the vehicle. The mechanic said my filters were good, may need changing next service, tire ware was even and ple me a link to the video inspection of the vehicle. The mechanic said my filters were good, may need changing next service, tire ware was even and plenty of tread left and overall, in good condition. Then I received a text stating I that there were several items that needed immediate attention, filter change, alignment, power steering fluid flush and additional, approximately $1100 worth of "immediate attention" items that the mechanic in the video said were in good shape. I would give 2 stars but I received a free oil change. More
