Sales team is great, patient and above my expectations. Administrative team, however, is lacking. Spoke to 3 different members at Graff; Title doesn't know why its taking so long to get paperwork "from the other dealer", Management states "it's been running about two weeks behind" and "try to register online at the BMV website" and "we'll cover your ticket if you get pulled over." No communication since the sale about any delays, no further communication now since I've started complaining. I've already racked up a BMV fee for being late on registration, I'm running around now with an expired temp tag that Graff will not / cannot renew, and it's adding unnecessary anxiety to the whole process. As such, I cannot and will not faithfully recommend Graff Chevrolet at this time. More
