Salesman said the car would be detailed and it was not. Only 1/4 tank of gas put in car. Salesman said he put $35.00 in the gas tank and it was not. Right off the bat, they were applying pressure. Our salesman seemed nonchalant as if he could care less to make the sale. He was also completely missing after the sale was complete. They said he was filling the vehicle up even tho it was already returned and dropped off with the tank not full at all. The vehicle purchased at was listed at 22k they showed me a price sheet that was nearly 30k. I ended up paying 25k after I covered and paid all my negative equity. I had to plead them down and make them take off the cheap “Resist All” coating that was 1k by itself and not included in their online price. The process still took several hours even with my pre-approval and check in hand. The day after I bought my vehicle the check engine light comes on and I’ve made calls and left voicemails with no return calls. No surprise there. I even have the records from where they were trying to diagnose the problem. Have no fear, you’ll never have another bad review from me because I will not be back and I surely will not recommend any of the Randy Marion dealers to anyone. All I wanted was for them to do right by me and take care of the preexisting problem. The issue is small and they show no intention of trying to build or repair my view on the dealership. A little effort goes a long way with me. I was patient and waited a month for them to step up before making this review. They had the chance and failed. More

Thanks to Mason , as a young salesman , he had all the answers to my questions and walked me through the appraisal on the trade as well as insurance, finance etc… Mr Scharf n the finance office was profes answers to my questions and walked me through the appraisal on the trade as well as insurance, finance etc… Mr Scharf n the finance office was professional and covered all the options available .
