First off, pricing transparency is laughable. Expect to be hit with a $900+ fee for a fabric protection in your vehichle. Since they 'assure' me, that it has already been applied when the car arrives at the dealership, they won't take the fee off. Second, after initial discussions with the finance team, we were given a range on the interest rate would could expect. We were told he was 'confident' it wouldn't end up higher than that. Of course it did. Third- and most importantly, their pre-certification can't be relied on. We purchased a 2021 Kia Forte there, that they pre-certified. Within days of having the car, we began having problems with it. It has now been rougly 6 weeks and the car has been in the shop more than it has been available to drive. More

The service was good and timely however everyone that I came in contact with in the shop had a horrible attitude minus one employee: Esteban. My husband and I were greeted by Chip and Damon immediately after pulling into the dealership. They were extremely informative and nice. Dealership is inviting with very enthusiastic staff members. My personal experience was great with my representative, Ms Galvan. My finance agent, Jerrae, was exceptional.
