Car brought right in to service area. In and out in less than half hour and they washed my car. Dan Allegrinii handled the transaction professionaly and did not try to pressure me into "upservicing". Price was comparable to other service centers with no wash. Customer service area very comfortable and user friendly. While I was there I also had an opportunity to talk with Dan Lovallo about a new lease in September. Have been buying and leasing cars for 50 years and Alfano's is as good as it gets. Hank D More
