I purchased my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek at Brattleboro Subaru 3 weeks ago. Dan Bacigalupo was the sales representative who assisted me, and he was fantastic! What impressed me was the fact the way he helped me with my trade-in. My husband had died 3 years ago and I was having a hard time giving up my old beat-up SUV due to old memories. I really hated to part with the Vietnam Vet stickers my husband had on the back of our old SUV years ago. Dan spoke with the service department, and they were able to get his Vietnam Veteran stickers off. They even laminated them for me and I was able to take them home with me in my new Subaru Crosstrek! Did I mention that I love my new Subaru? I have never been so happy with any vehicle as I am with the Crosstrek! Very solid and the safest vehicle I have ever owned! I have been recommending Dan and Brattleboro Subaru to my friends. More

Bought a 2010 Forester in October of '22. Worked primarily with Billy but also with Dan. Both are very friendly and professional. Both are family men and have pictures of their children around their desks. Before driving car off lot, a lot of needed repairs were made to the car. I got a full rundown of all that was done. Billy even took the time to write out some of the more esoteric details in plain English. Both Billy and Dan were very patient with me while I looked the car over before buying it and answered all of my questions straightforwardly. I never once felt pressured or as though I was being deceived. I've had the car now for about two weeks. It looks and runs great. Of course, I cannot say how well and how long it will hold up. Only time will tell. The only criticism I might have is that the car was not thoroughly detailed. Some dirt and grime on the inside that I easily cleaned myself. No big deal. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Brattleboro Subaru and would definitely recommend it to others. More
