Brattleboro Subaru is an awesome dealership. This is my fourth car from Brattleboro Subaru. I tried going to another dealer for my last car, but ended up back at Brattleboro Subaru. Customer ser This is my fourth car from Brattleboro Subaru. I tried going to another dealer for my last car, but ended up back at Brattleboro Subaru. Customer service is professional and everyone is very friendly from sales to mechanics and everyone in between. I’m so impressed with the follow up after I left with my car. I’ve even gotten emails thanking me for my business, asking if I have any questions, sending videos of how to set up various things on the car. I was even offered an in person orientation to help explain the vehicles features and how they work. I told my sister about it and her response was that her dealership didn’t do that. I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated during the car buying process and after! More

Very helpful sales. Got me and my fiance into new Subaru's. Got me out of a 5 month lease in a car I was not as happy with as I thought I would be and back into an Ascen Got me and my fiance into new Subaru's. Got me out of a 5 month lease in a car I was not as happy with as I thought I would be and back into an Ascent which I already new I loved! Also got us both lower interest rates, and in turn lower payments. Will continue to do business here in the future. More

From the very first time I set foot on the property, all of the sales and service people have been fantastic!! From buying two new cars with trade ins three years apart, to the service people servicing them of the sales and service people have been fantastic!! From buying two new cars with trade ins three years apart, to the service people servicing them there has been only exceptional service!! If I could buy another I would but my Forester and Outback XT are still going strong and these two suit me just fine!! More
