He listened to what I needed, kept the numbers fair, and went the extra mile—literally—to bring in a truck from another location so I could see it in person. When the truck arrived, Wade was upfront and transparent. He pulled up all the records right on his phone, showed me everything about the truck, and immediately let us take it for a test drive. There was no pressure and no hidden surprises—just honesty and great service. During the whole process, both Wade and Dan were fantastic. They treated me with patience and respect, unlike other dealerships that turned me away for my credit situation. They worked closely with finance to get me into a comfortable monthly payment and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. In the end, the truck was exactly as described—no hidden fees, no gimmicks, just a straightforward and positive experience. I truly felt like I was treated like family. When you drive from Castle Rock, CO to Monument CO, you see 3 billboards for Berkenkotter Motors. I see the billboards, but have never paid much attention to them until now...They are now taking on a whol see 3 billboards for Berkenkotter Motors. And we had the best car buying experience we have ever had. There was no pressure. They let us take it for an afternoon to get it inspected by our local mechanic and spend time driving it on different type of roads. More

At no point in the process did I feel like I was miss-led. They went through the RV with me and let me go through my process of doing a thorough check of the camper from roof to crawling underneath. miss-led.
