The lack of service writers . I had a eleven o’clock appointment for my wife to take our enclave in for repair . No one came out to great her or to tell her it would be a few momen I had a eleven o’clock appointment for my wife to take our enclave in for repair . No one came out to great her or to tell her it would be a few moments before they would get to her . She went in and talked to the cashier who told my wife that they were very busy and to go back into her car and wait . Finally after a total twenty minute wait a service writer came out . We also asked for the vehicle to be washed and it was not . I tried to call several times during the day too get an update but was constantly told that the service writers were just to busy to get to the phone . Not happy at all ! I bought my vehicle at Ettelson and two of my boys had bought cars from Ettelson . I’m thinking of a new vehicle and rethinking the dealership we will be buying from ! More
