We had our van in for a regular service appointment. They ran the van through the car wash and it got damaged (scratched up and license plate cover broken). They were willing to take care of fixing the scratches, but we had to take it to their body shop. We live an hour away. So, I had to waste my time and gas money to drive to Findlay twice (once to drop it off and once to pick it up) and Dan and the dealership didn't seem to care less. We will NOT be going back to that dealership again. More
