Got car in an expeditious manner. Fixed problem and pulled car into bay area overnight. Was very grateful for that. Everyone was very helpful and answered all questions. Was surprised about not taking personal check for payment and charging 2.5% when credit card is used. May have to pay by another method…..if allowed. More

They’re not the cheapest but they are the most convenient, quickest, & repairs are done right! Too bad they got rid of the espresso mocha cappuccino machine in the waiting room. convenient, quickest, & repairs are done right! Oil change was fine; below I rated "Quality of work" as Good/VeryGood. Service member & technician were very polite, and the waiting area is very comfortable. But their quotation for a "complete engine res Good/VeryGood. Service member & technician were very polite, and the waiting area is very comfortable. But their quotation for a "complete engine reseal" (car was leaking oil slightly) was $7200 (labor) + estimated $3000 (parts), "could be more, depending on what happens during the repair process ... Not recommended due to age of car." (The service member said that their notes from previous oil changes indicated "leaks" but I don't recall being told that. He also said he would send the quotation to me via email but I did not receive it.) The car runs fine apart from the slight leaks, so I found another repair shop whose technicians love working on old cars. Their quotation was considerably lower than $10K. It is the first time that someone other than the dealership is working on the car, but the price difference this time was just too great to rely on my loyalty to the dealership. More
