Kathy, there are several points of clarification we would like to make. The first two charging cables provided to you were brand-new, sealed, and fully functional. In an effort to ensure continued usability, our staff supplied a third cable as a replacement. It is also important to note that the way our employees were spoken to during your visit was unacceptable. We expect all interactions in our dealership to remain respectful, and our staff made every effort to assist you while also protecting the experience of other customers in the service department.
