Updated Review: Worst car purchase experience ever as a single female. Went on 3/21 to trade in my vehicle after getting an online quote and ended up being taken advantage of. During negotiation the pap single female. Went on 3/21 to trade in my vehicle after getting an online quote and ended up being taken advantage of. During negotiation the paper Dan showed me on paper was in fact the quoted/agreed upon price $63K I received online, however, it turns out the monthly rate was based on a higher purchase price of $64,568 ($1,568 more) plus items I specifically said during negotiation and signing that I did NOT want included (warranty $7,995 extra) and Xzilon ($2,995 extra) which is not confirmed if it was actually added in the vehicle although I was charged for it. Monday 3/23 - after going through the paperwork and calculating the numbers I realized the only reason my monthly amount is where it's at is because the sales team was quoting me a monthly rate based on a higher sale price that is $12,558 more than the price quoted and presented to me. Monday 3/23, I called/texted Dan Lorenz initially to discuss the trade in amount and then noticed the total finance amount did not add up to what he and I agreed upon (total of $12,558 more than expected). Tuesday 3/24, Sean in finance called me back, said he'd look at my file and get back to me Thurs/Fri. Thursday 03/26, Sean got back to me via email, sent me a warranty cancellation document and said he, Dan and the sales manager would be available to discuss the sales price Friday 04/03 from 2-8pm. After feeling taken advantage of by sales, who wants to wait another week to get this corrected, not me. I went to Woody’s in hopes Woody's making things right by correcting the sale/loan or swapping back my old vehicle. Went in to discuss a sales discrepancy and was treated like xxxx by sales manager, Will Cosenza. While voicing my concern, Will raised his voice at me and called me ignorant and said “if you’re going to be ignorant, I can be too” for not catching the discrepancy during signing. Reminding me, “you’re grown woman and should have done your due diligence and read thoroughly”. Making it abundantly clear to me that “a salesman’s job is to just sell you a vehicle, not to make sure everything you discussed was accurate”. Will proceeded to give me attitude while deflecting and throwing all the blame on me because according to him, I’m “ignorant” and should have done my “due diligence” to make sure everything was accurate. He also blamed Sean in Finance for the Xzilon charge, which is not on Sean. Excuse me for thinking Woody’s would have trustworthy staff! After Will confirmed he saw part of my discrepancy he changed his tone and said “I understand how things can be missed/misunderstood during signing and caught once the excitement goes down”. When I told him it’s still not correct, he raised his voice again in which I requested my paperwork back because I refuse to speak to someone who is going to talk down on me because I caught on to his scheme. I’d rather wait till I have more time on Friday 04/03 to get the situation resolved if it means I don’t have to speak to Will again. Earlier I had given Dan (my salesperson) some of my paperwork that I wanted back, when I asked Will for it, he said “I don’t have it, Dan does” with an attitude. When I asked where Dan was, he said “I don’t know where he’s at, I don’t keep tabs on him, you go look for him”. Ultimately, he paged Dan. When Dan walked in, Will told him I wanted my paperwork back, Dan said he gave it to him. Dan then proceeded to find my papers in a big box of papers to be recycled. Which leads me to believe Will never planned on talking to me or making things right. NEVER experienced anything like this. I’ve never had a salesman show me a breakdown of prices that includes the agreed upon sale price, meanwhile basing my monthly rate on an inflated/full price to make me think the monthly rate was based on agreed purchase price. Original Review: Dan was great to work with and made my buying experience at Woody’s enjoyable. More

No gimmicks or nonsense. Friendly and what we discussed and agreed to actually happened. No last minute changes to pricing or extra fees. I normally dread going into dealersh Friendly and what we discussed and agreed to actually happened. No last minute changes to pricing or extra fees. I normally dread going into dealerships but this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Dan was helpful with showing us the features and was so easy to deal with. More
