Very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the good folks at McMullen Ford. I had called about a Bronco Sport and was informed it had already been sold. I was a little bummed out but less t of the good folks at McMullen Ford. I had called about a Bronco Sport and was informed it had already been sold. I was a little bummed out but less than half an hour later my salesperson, Jeff Stangl, called and told me that another one had just come in. I was a little skeptical that I would be driving one home but I came in, looked at it, and bought it. While I was waiting to go over the finance paperwork I was visited in the waiting room by the owner, Dan McMullen, who spent several minutes talking cars with me. I like car guys and I was very impressed that the owner took the time to talk to me and get to know me. My finance manager, Pete Belcastro, was also friendly and professional in every respect of the financing of my new Bronco, To say I was satisfied with me a big understatement. I am very happy that I came to McMullen Ford as they had the car I wanted and went out of their way to treat me like a valued customer. Thanks Jeff, Dan, and Pete! You guys rock! More
