I arrived and was greeted with warm welcome by the staff. Everyone was very helpful. Dan listened to exactly what I wanted and was able to get me a truck that was perfect. The used vehicle experience here is exceptional. Dan greeted me outside the front door and it all went from there. He is the best car salesperson I have ever met. I say 11/10 because he went above and beyond on more than one occasion--From calling the original dealer to inquire about their PDI process and if the vehicle I purchased had any recalls, to looking into getting me an additional key fob because the vehicle had only come with one. He also helped me get the most for my trade. He's friendly, he hustles; he's honest, candid, and cuts to the chase; but most importantly of all, after the whole deal was done, he is someone I can trust. I made sure to meet with his supervisor, Joe Clagg, to relay how impressed I was with Dan and the whole experience, which is also kudos to Joe and his management skills and style. When it came down to payment, Frank, the sales manager, spoke with me and helped break down all the figures. When there was something I wasn't clear about, he took the time to review it with me until I was satisfied. I signed the final papers with Melivin, which there were a ton, but he got me through them as quickly as humanly possible while explaining everything to my satisfaction. I ended up purchasing some add-ons as they were practical, could be chosen a la carte, worked with my financing, and the total price of each was reasonable. All of this couldn't have been accomplished without the oversight of Jack A. Clagg, the Executive General Manager, who I had the pleasure of speaking with on more than one occasion while I was at the dealer the first day. It was an incredibly busy day and he took the time--multiple times--to assist his team and me with the process. He also spoke to me like a normal human being and not someone beneath him, which speaks volumes for someone in his position. Simply put, Tasca Buick GMC in Clearwater is an exemplar of how the entire used car buying experience should be. More
