Receiving a Quality product via a great business We had been shopping for a 2019 Suburban Premier, and I had a 2018 Silverado. It took us over an hours drive from our local area in Milton Wisconsin to Oconomowoc to receive a great deal. EWALD came through with a vehicle of the color inside and out, the options we wanted with a trade in value on our 2018 Silverado (which was in perfect condition). Dan Neumann, our sales representative did a fantastic job in getting the vehicle, the price negotiation, and sharing his knowledge of the options. Charlie Erickson, the finance manager, was also great to deal with. We have been GM customers for several years, so we can compare dealerships - EWALD would be a high recommendation for us, and our intentions are to return for more deals (We will definitely be requesting Dan Neumann - not that others there are not good, but....) :-) More
