I started out talking with Kristen Ludtke, she made sure everything was in place for us. Great communications, and very accommodating. We drove down from Appleton to see the car. It was so new it hadn't even been detailed yet. The Traverse was in excellent shape, and was the best value around. Dan Neuman went out of his way to get the car detailed so we didn't have to make a second trip. He even went out into the shop and helped. Charlie Ericson really made things happen with financing and an extended warranty. No pressure, very respectful of our time and wishes. I will definitely let friends know to check out Ewald. Thanks!
