Well let me tell that jack Schmitt took the Grinch out of my Christmas. I bought used truck from them a month ago. With two weeks of owning it I had moon roof issue. I called Amanda Jackson and she worked with her new car manager Alex. They also worked with Jr the used car sales manager and had me bring it in. Let me tell you this no ordinary dealership they made my heart grow three times for this dealership. They are doing everything to make this right. I had an appointment set for 8:00am. I requested a couple of recall fixes and an oil change. One recall was a programming change, the other recall was for a heat shield bracket. I also asked for three tie-down cleats to be installed in the truck’s box link. Over eight (8) hours later, I got a call it was done. Except for the box-link cleats. 8 hours for a programming fix, a heat shield check, and an oil change. That seems to me to be a REALLY long time especially given the fact I scheduled the service nearly two weeks in advance. I am very fortunate I have had the option of not having to wait in the waiting room while the work was done. More
