Favorable Experience I have been a loyal customer of another area dealership and car brand for well over 30 years. They don't sell Hyundai vehicles at their Frederick dea I have been a loyal customer of another area dealership and car brand for well over 30 years. They don't sell Hyundai vehicles at their Frederick dealership but do in a neighboring county. My original intent was to test drive a vehicle in Frederick and then take my business to the other dealership in another county. I have had very favorable dealings and a good relationship with that dealer so it was kind of a no brainer to return to them. I prefer to do my business locally whenever possible so I wanted to give Ideal a chance to earn my business and stay local if at all possible. I decided to look into a couple of other brands and models of SUV's at other dealerships in Frederick and after doing so, determined that I would like to purchase a Hyundai. This is my first SUV purchase. I stopped in at the Ideal dealership and was greeted by Dan Painter. He was very accommodating, personable, and professional. He helped answer any and all questions that I had concerning the vehicle I was interested in without being pushy or aggressive and I felt comfortable dealing with him. We went for a test drive and I was impressed with the vehicle but still had a couple of other brands that I wanted to test drive first. After test driving the other vehicles I returned and bought a brand new vehicle at this dealership primarily because of my interactions with Dan. I am not an easily impressed person but I would very happily recommend Dan and this dealership to anyone interested in the brands that they sell. More
