Hyundai Santa Fe Purchase We arrived ready to purchase but needed to look around, the salesman introduced himself and as we looked at the first car he told us it was almost clo We arrived ready to purchase but needed to look around, the salesman introduced himself and as we looked at the first car he told us it was almost closing time. We explained we were ready to buy. We looked at 2 more vehicles, did a test drive and chose the one we wanted. The sales process was smooth and easy, though I felt concerned we were keeping him from leaving. The car was perfect for what we wanted, the financial manager Theresa was wonderful. She was friendly and knowledgeable, walking us through the steps without delay. The next day I noticed the car did not have floor mats, I contacted the salesman who explained that they sell the car as-is. As the vehicle is a 2018, is seems that there should be floor mats. I contacted the Sales Manager, who never returned my call. I have been a loyal customer of Hyundai since 2008 - having owned 3 before this one and I always use the Hyundai service dept so it was a bit disappointing to find the Sales Dept only average at this dealership. I did speak to a gentleman in the Parts Dept who was very helpful. More
