I informed you I already had a pre approval letter from Capital One. This is not my first rodeo and Capital One said you did nit have to run anything just enter the reference number from my letter. You did not even ask to see the letter and ran it anyway. You came back with the exact same price quote and down payment I informed you I already had. We did not have to be there for 3 hours i believe you were just trying to see if you could get more money out of me. You even had me sign documents about repossession if payments aren’t made and I asked why I was signing this for you if Capital One is financing. I feel this is a predatory dealership looking to take advantage of low income individuals that don’t know any better and since I am not low income, nor lack understanding, you could not pull the wool over my eyes. I stand by my review. More
